Thing is, sertoli cells also need fsh. So either keep pumping in the clomid or start injecting hmg
*When a 21 year old male has Testosterone levels of 900 (I did) or more why do they have great heads of hair? Why can 21 year old men pee 7 feet on demand with Testosterone levels of 900? It's not effecting their prostate either! There is a LOT more going on than just high Testosterone levels. Can anyone tell me the WHOLE hormone story of what is going on in a younger males blood? There MUST be a reason these SOARING high testosterone levels make hair grow fast and shrink the prostate in the younger male population. In fact my hair fell out and my prostate grew by 60% in the 5 year period from ages 31 to 36 EXACTLY when my Testosterone levels dropped by 70%. I went to the Dr. ever year and have my full hormone history in writing from ages 21 to 58 - What am I missing here??? It seems to me young men should not have any hair and their prostates should be ready to explode so it can't be JUST the Testosterone since those levels PEAK from 18 to 28 years of age. It's most likely due to the increase in dht and estrogen as men get older their dht and estrogen also increase. The estrogen increases due to increase in bodyfat levels.

The doc is on point. You have two options:
(1) Drop the gel , add Arimdex to Clomid.
(2) Get on Test + HCG + Clomid + Arimdex for a few weeks , drop Test and HCG and keep the Clomid and Arimidex.

I felt amazing on Clomid, 50mg a day for a month, got my test up over 1000 ng/dL, only problem is it also raised my A1C, which it can do sometimes. Clomid also risks visual damage over time and as such is not appropriate for long term use, but it will work short term, if your axis is functioning properly of course.

1005 actually. I already said, 50mg a day for 30 days. No pct with standalone Clomid, it works by blinding the pituitary to estrogen, thus causing an increase in FSH and LH in an attempt to raise estrogen levels via an increased testosterone substrate.

Doc serious question please help. I've been taking synthetic testosterone for a little over a year now and never had any issues. A couple days ago added Cialis because I read it helps with pumps at the gym. Wednesday took 35 mgs and it worked great. Friday took another 35mg and got really sick. Diarrhea, vomiting, headaches and body aches. Is the cialis dosage too high? Should I stay away from the cialis altogether?
My friend's exp with vasodilators suggests that 35mg is too high for more than a single dose in a small time span for athletic performance. 5mg/day is ample amount to get a rock hard pump in the gym and not give you bubble guts.

doc isn't helpful have to do this myself, my natural test is was high last blood test but depression must keep lowering my levels as I get all the side effect of low t. testosterone seems like the only solution to keep my hormones level and may even help depression? need advise
Yeah depresion fuck your balls,fuck your hipotalamus,but if you go on 250 m you felling aweseme,but you go in shut down,trust me i do that ,and master anxiety coming,simptoms like withdrawl, and my hipotalamus after 6 mont is shut down

Hey Doc, I’m 24 years old, I have a microadenoma on my pituitary, doctors said it wasnt an issue, but then i got blood tests and my FSH was 2, scale is between 1.5 and 12. LH was in normal range, thyroid was also. I asked for a testosterone test just incase the lowish FSH was lowering my testosterone. My testosterone was 366ng/dL, average for my age is around 700. Doc put me on testogel, 40mg per day. Is this low testosterone due to pituitary problems? The doctor said she doesnt think it is. I also have daily persistent headache for the past 6 years and microadenoma is the only thing that has shown up and low testosterone and boderline low FSH. Doctors keep saying the microadenoma isnt causing headaches/migraines. Any idea if the microadenoma is causing the headaches and also low FSH which is lowering my testosterone?

It’s ok guys. I still have constant headaches but they have improved. From the outside no one would know i have any health issues and i never ever miss a day of work etc so as far as i’m concerned i am fixed and not bothered wasting any more money on doctors bills. Life is pretty good.

Do antidepressants interfere with TRT? I have heard that say cause issues with a libido, and TRT corrects that, is it wise or unwise to take these together?
Anecdotal evidence: I've been on antidepressants for some time. I just started TRT. Sex drive is relatively better, but not thru the roof.
This guy is feeling depressed because of too much clomid, clomid makes yiu feel depressed even on 50 mg a day post cycle....I will suggest anyone here that does clomid for PCT to do nomore than 50mg a day for 2 weeks then drop to 25 for next two weeks.
But a way better advice is to take nolvadex 40mg a day for 2 weeks then down to 20 mg a day for next two weeks....All this AFTER you did your hcg first injection between the third or 4th week of your last test shot do HGC 5000ui EOD for a week then do 1000ui EOD for the nexr week and finally drop your hcg to 250ui daily for the third week and then after your hcg you can start nolva or clomid (I will suggest nolva better) 40/40/20/20 with .25mg arimidex every other day.
And you'll have absolutely no problem bringing your test production back.
