      Yes there is also a thing called "white coat hypertension" where you get nervous and anxious the moment you begin taking your blood pressure whether with someone or by yourself this can happen, it can raise your pulse systolic and diastolic to very high ranges. Usually people cope better checking it themselves but even then you can get anxious and won't be accurate. In that case maybe a small amount of benzo.

    I've had a couple of people ask me about blood pressure treatment whilst on HRT and the traditional inhibitors and blockers, I found were of no value or benefit to me. That is for the purpose I needed them, being working out. So in short I read up and listened to many bodybuilders who offered what I felt was great advice. Cialis was originally designed for lowering blood pressure and was inadvertently found to have caused erections due to a redirection of blood flow. It was also found to be very beneficial for keeping prostate enlargement in tact given that TRT can cause issues. So it stands to reason that Cialis is great when you are working a body part and directing blood flow to generate a great pump, assist with lowering blood pressure and helping with keeping prostate in check. Now Cialis is prescribed medication and if your doctor won't do so there are many online doctors that will although they cost a little more. This is a short insight into how I decided to live and it has been great. Long term effects I don't know but if you stay on low doses of 5mg per day before a workout should be good to go.

      @@ourlifeinwashington4114 this is strange, Primobolan injectable is the best and doesn't cause these issues ,but the oral form which is Acetate is heavier on the liver like all orals but it is not C17 alpha alkylated compound so not very liver toxic but heavier for sure than the injectable form , I would suggest you stop it.
      you can't take oral Primo and injectable !! this can really be the cause.
      I don't know what kind of testosterone you use, but I have a doubt you are using a short ester , also 100 mg test a week is useless , this is so low that will cause more harm than benefits, stick to long esters and take 250 to 300 that would do a lot if this is your first or second time.
      Well Nolvadex is not required at all with Primo ,Primo cannot be aromatized exactly like anavar, whatever was the dose it doesn't aromatize and 100 mg test , sure no aromatization at this dosage from test as well, !!!
      don't even think about Arimidex or nolvadex, if these are all you take, unless you are sure that you super extra sensetive and prone to Gyno. but not one get Gyno from 100 or even 300 testosterone unless he is super extra prone to gyno, me personally I never heard about this case sofar./

    What dose of cialis should I take? I read as little as 2.5mg will help. My normal BP is around 125/ 75. I've been seeing numbers of 150/ 100 plus when resting. There is also a lot of stress in my life to factor in. Test 300mg/wk, deca 250mg wk and turinabol 30mg day. Giving blood today and getting magnesium next

      Same here. I take a total of 300mg/wk of androgens and just donated blood and they measured BP at 160/86. Got to get a BP monitor and check. And this is on 5 mg of daily cialis and 400mg magnesium. When I drop the nandrolone, it trends 120/75.

  • @13Ambro
    @13Ambro Рік тому +1

    At what point are BP meds warranted? I take 120mg nandrolone weekly with my TRT dose which has raised my BP. It’s normalish in the morning: 125-130/75-80 but in the afternoon it’s consistently 140-150/80-90. I take daily cialis, fish oil and magnesium. One doc said not to worry the other wants to put me on low dose meds. (I give blood every 3 months by the way). Everything else is in check. Should I be worried?

    • @1crazymage721
      @1crazymage721 Рік тому +1

      They used to not sweat levels around 140/80 these days they lowered "healthy" range to the 120/80 model to push more big pharma meds. I'd say if it's consistently at 150/90 or higher you may need to make some tweaks. If you pin once a week you may try going to 2 or 3 times a week and possibly even lowering your test dose. Best wishes. Another common suggestion is to cut out AI if you use them for some that helps lower BP.

      take it higher slowly every week. start out at 500-600 mgs and every other day, increase it. I can take up to 2 grams and it doesn't effect my digestive tract. It just takes time. Also, eat power greens - 5-7 servings of greens every day plus 500 mgs of potassium to relax the vessels / arteries etc. That's what I do. just my advice to myself.

    My bp has been moderately high since I was in my early 20s, when I was in EXCELLENT shape. I’m 50 now (and on TRT) and have been on several different bp meds with little effect. Diet and exercise barely lowers it. I even ate a strict vegan diet for a YEAR, trying to lower it. Nada.
    Recently, I started reading about how high bp, high hematocrit and having a larger diameter neck increases one’s chances of having sleep apnea (and sleep apnea causes the above symptoms). I just had a sleep study and am awaiting the follow up with the dr (but the tech who observed my sleeping unofficially said “oh yes, you definitely have sleep apnea!”
    Not super excited about sleeping with a mask/CPAP, but maybe it’ll actually lower my bp.

      The Bro he said as long as it’s not pathological, you can use magnesium (not the kind that helps you poop) or cialis. If it’s pathological, meaning not induced by you just taking juice, then stop taking them and figure out why your bp is high. Constantly high bp is what is dangerous so monitor your bp at different times of the day and keep a log to see if it varies and how.
