- 😟 MS fatigue is one of the most debilitating symptoms of multiple sclerosis that is strongly impacting the quality of life of people living with MS.
In today's video podcast episode, I share my most valuable insights and best strategies for handling MS fatigue and what to do about it. You will understand how this symptom shows up, how to minimize fatigue, how to prevent fatigue, and what should be the most beneficial mindset towards life with MS and MS fatigue.
I also explain what MS fatigue looks like. This very misunderstood symptom is often the source of many daily challenges and conflicts for people with MS and others in their environment. 😾
Much of the information and solutions presented are suitable for people with MS and other auto-immune conditions in which fatigue is a main symptom.
This episode will also bring great value to people who are chronically tired, overwhelmed, and in a survival-mode way of living.
🤔 How to know if what we are experiencing is fatigue or just tiredness?
It's simple. 💡
➡️ When we are tired, sleeping or resting regenerates us and we feel better the next hour or the next morning. It doesn't affect the response of our body and if we make an effort we can still keep going at least for a bit longer. We can impact it.
➡️ When we have fatigue, sleeping or resting is often not enough and could last an unknown amount of time until we feel better. It is also difficult to sense when fatigue will appear as it is often unpredictable. Additionally, getting out of the state of fatigue is irrelevant to willpower. It also impacts the response of our body and mind.
The good news is that there are ways to minimize the chances of fatigue appearing. And there are ways to prevent fatigue or MS fatigue.
❤️ I hope you will enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed recording it!
