The Glock 43 or 43 X make great guns for concealed carry and appendix carry. You may have seen the Lever or Mod Wing used on IWB holsters like these to reduce printing. BUT which one is better? This looks like a great design and keeping concealed carry to a minimum. I would love to review this holster for the XDS mod 2 9 mm up against the bravo concealment torsion holster. TFS brother!
Hi I would like to know if it they make the same holster for Glock 40 10mm.
very informative.I wish I would have seen this earlier today.I bought a Vedder with a Claw for my Glock G48..I can still buy this for my 43X though.. I have bought a few holsters.Some for IWB and some OWB.. And Ive spent a little money in doing so.Thats just how it goes when Im searching for what I like.

So did you end up getting one of these for your 43X? I’m looking for a good conceal holster that cuts down on that print from the grip. Was wonder how well it works or if you like it.

WTF have you been bud? That is so awesome with the comfort on the back and the solid safety of kydex!!! Great IDEA i cant tell you how long ive been slapping yoga lock peices with velcro on the back of all my vedder and bravo concealment kydex holsters for YEARS. GENIUS, GREAT JOB
Can the lever be purchased separately?
Hey Anthony I placed my order a few days ago (#6105) and I'm excited to try this holster. You're so right about the wing/claw design. Another thing I've noticed is they're often times so rigid and short that your belt needs to be painfully tight in order to get it to work. Seems like your lever design actually has some flex to it, but remains effective.

Thanks for the comment. If you carry appendix get the Max with the wedge or lever option. If you carry strong side hip carry then the Max without those options works great too.

Thinking about buying the Max for my G45 . Does it work as well for full size ?
Yes I personally carry a Glock 19 and can carry a G17 with no problem. 5'10" 180 lbs.

Does this fit the 43x with the rail?
The 43X with the rail is the MOS version. There is an MOS version listed on the drop down menu for the make and model on the Max IWB on Tactipac.com .

I emailed customer service but haven't received an answer. So I'm curious if this could be run with two clips instead of the lever. If so, is there an option to purchase this holster with two clips? If not, do you sell just the clips and would they mount right up in place of the lever?
Please check your junk mail / spam folder just in case. We will double check for you original email and reply to it again. Sometimes we miss emails also because of the high volume of inquiries we get each day. We COULD add another clip, but in our opinion it would be over kill on a gun the size of the Glock 43. The Grip Hook clip is one of the best over hook style clips, if not the best belt clip being produced currently. With that said we will customize anything you would like done if it is able to be done. However, to change our standard mold set up with regard to drilled holes and hole placement etc. take a little bit of time so there would be an up charge. We don't sell clips alone and it will not mount up under the trigger guard without external spacers and longer fasteners.

At 6:00 he talks about it. "Basically both of them reduce the print (shape) of pistol so it doesn't look like a gun is under your shirt by pushing against your pants.

First time I have seen either a "wing" or a "lever". No idea what the purpose of these are...again, first time I have seen them on a holster. Could you explain please.
The lever and mod wing are both used to reduce printing of the firearm handle along the horizontal plane. They use leverage to press out against the interior edge of the belt and thereby force the gun handle inward along the horizontal. Hope this helps. If you watch the vide to the end you can see a demonstration of how well the lever works.

I don't have one these. So not a paid or influenced comment but I can see another added advantage to the lever. If your shirt got partially tucked with the lever you could pull it clear while with the wing it can get hung up interfering with your draw.
I think you have the names interchanged, but you are correct in the information. The mod wing would get hung up and the lever would be smooth.

Wow, your name wouldn't be Cathy Newman, by any chance, would it? LOL I see where the lever might be a worthwhile $15 addition. i don't care about a gaudy carbon look, so I wish they'd take the $15 back off and give me the flat black model with a flat black lever, please. ($80 is already a whole lot more than my Uncle Mike's.)
I really like that design you have on the lever but it not gripping the inside of your pants is going to make the gun rock back-and-fourth (change the cant) being that it only has one belt clip. I would like to buy one of those holsters but have maybe some grip tape or something like that on the lever. Great looking holster but just my opinion.
Thanks for the comment. You can put grip tape on the lever if you would like to. I think you will find the holster stays in position just fine and that the cant angle isn't changed at all - unless of course you wear your belt very loose, but with a normally snug gun belt everything will stay put.

Can you adjust the cant ?
John Ferrante yes the cant angle is adjustable positive and negative 0-12 degrees using the first and second holes in the clip.

THE GLOCK 43X CARRIL IS BIG DIFERENT TO GLOCK 43X. DIFERENT HOLSTERS TOO.
Yes the European Slimline 43 has a rail and this holster will not fit.
