It would be super cool to see the activity of the crabs and frogs over night. And it might be easier to do with a go pro now. The picture quality looked awesome right away!!

To answer the question at the end about what funnelwebs are like to keep, they are very easy. I keep about 12 or so Australian species and all are very similar in care, I give them about 12cm of damp compressed substrate and some nice web anchor points on the surface. If there is any interest, I recently made my first spider collection video and show a feeding of the second most venomous species known in Australia

In this video I’ve seen that you have rearranged the P. metal🤘lica’s enclosure and I really like it! Could you please send me a snapshot of it? I really like those tiny leafed plants around, absolutely gorgeous, and anyway, all of your set-ups are top notch, especially the frog terrariums, they looks so naturalistic! I rescued a mantis, I was pretty sure she was going to die soon, she won't eat, she started laying her eggs, then stopped part way through and seems to be slowly dying. Will a half finished sac be ok? I don't know if it is valid or not, she was wild, dug up out of a potato patch.
A Couple small mosquito fish of some kind would fix your larvae problem, we have them all over the place native in the USA, Gambusia affinis cf. affinis is a native fish to Croatia that eats them. They stay very small.
Hey Petko! I have been considering getting into the hobby, or atleast get a terrestrial tarantula from Taratula Canada. Just curious, once you have set up an enclosure, how often do you find you are having to redo the enclosure/change the substrate once they are near maturity? 3-6 inch adult. I know the springtails will help extend the period.
