If I need a repair of 250usd I would definitely buy the materials and learn to do by myself, this way it would be cheaper and I would gain knowledge for any new problems that might happen in the future

hdmi ports are typically £2-5 on AliExpress. The rest is for labour costs. Don't be fooled though this needs a certain level of experience to do and is definitely not a task for an amateur.

Sold some old gaming crap, got around 4450 swedish crowns and got a used ps5 disc edition for 4500. The ps5 was basically as good as brand new and only paid 50kr for it as that old retro gaming crap wasn’t anything special and never used them anyway. Great deal imo. Might add that a brand new disc edition is around 7000 in Sweden.
