I just love the full body practices! It’s amazing what you can do in 10 min. So glad you included hips in this one - specifically the low lunges! 😊

I like doing organic movement with the tabletop pose. That's what wakes me up.
I truly cherish and love ❤️ your videos especially the short ones because I had add them into my day easily. I enjoyed the seated cat 🐱 pose. I enjoy seeing your cat and dog pop up in your videos too. I liked the side stretches, hand and head and neck stretches. Great exercises today. Thank you!

I just wanted to say that I used to get so upset with my body for not being able to do simple stretches. But I remind myself that I’m allowed to modify. Because yoga is about doing what’s best for YOUR body. Not trying to do stretches that your body simply can’t do, just because someone else can. Every BODY is different. Some have scoliosis, some have healing bones or muscles, some hav injured parts, and we need to listen to our bodies because that’s the only way we can truly heal them. If you’re struggling with a stretch today, don’t force yourself. And don’t get upset with yourself, because you showed up to the mat today and that’s what it’s about. You’ve done what’s best for YOUR body. And that’s the best thing you can do for yourself. Dear stranger, I love you and I wish you the best.

My favorite pose is downward dog with walking it out. I have never done that variation until I started doing your videos and it feels amazing. I always stay in that pose for a little bit longer before moving on. You are a gem! Thank you

I've been using your videos to guide me with yoga almost daily and it's been so so helpful, not just physically but emotionally. I have diagnosed Anxiety and ADHD and PTSD so it's immensely difficult not to feel like small inconveniences are a dragging weight, and it's even harder to remember to care for myself. But yoga has been helping so, so much, it's 10~15min a day where I feel like there's nothing else in this world but me and my body and that is so, so powerful
