Well. I officially feel like a an awkward turtle. Not the prettiest 8 minutes of my life but I broke a sweat so that means something!
I'm on my second round of the 21-day workout program. I forgot how much I loved this one! Not a super yogi here, but I'm trying!!
I fit this in during my son’s morning nap and I really broke a sweat!!
Out of all your workouts, I find this one the hardest (for me), I just can't hold those yoga poses without loosing balance and sometimes falling...but I have to do it according to 21day 8min challenge so I do it
So hard!

Yoga is hard! I just notice I'm more flexible in one side of my body. How is that possible?!!!
I have diastasis recti gap, Can I do this yoga,
