    This is another great video that is very helpful especially since I adopted the two beat kick. I have been following your advice ever since I started swimming last year.

    I tried out the tips from the video and what a difference-maker! I felt so much faster. The hardest thing is keeping a tight core throughout my swim but I didn't have to kick as hard.

    Coach, Mandy. The body line , in freestyle swimming, would you say, a good body line is similar to hanging off a pull up bar, with your core engaged and your toes pointed

      Your. Stomach doesn’t need to move… your lungs are in your chest
