YOUR Zebra Haworthia is GORGEOUS. Mine doesn't look like that. 😔 Thank you. I love my succulents. So, about the size of your thumb when you separate the pups? That was my question that made me look. 👍
Thank you, glad you found it informative. I re-pot in any weather, but it should be done during the growing season (spring, summer early autumn for Haworthia). it also best to not expose the pups to strong sun, especially when it's really hot. Young pups should be kept under shade-cloth or in a bright shade. Hope this helps :)
Yeah, that can be annoying and it tends to be quite hard to remove the pups growing in-between leaves but bigger they get, easier they will be to remove. I would recommend to leave them grow until they feel like they will detach. By that stage they will be quite big (approx 4cms in diameter) If you do take them off a gap between the leaves on the parent plant will eventually close but will be visible for some months. Hope this helps a bit…
I have a haworthia attenuata and its growing pups on top of the mother plant leaf so its not touching the soil, and its still pretty stuck on there. Should I remove the leaf under it or will it eventually grow roots around it?
As long as the pup is attached to the main plant, it will have enough energy to grow without touching the soil. They usually send out roots that will eventually find a way to the soil. It should be fine just leaving them as they are.
Hello mam I love Haworthia cymbiformis plant I bought it online it was healthy when it reach me but now I can't able to understand why it's l 😭eaves started loosening where as ikept it in door but in morning I kept infiltration whith sinlight
Hi, sorry to hear about your plant. It is a bit hard to give advice without knowing more. Is your Haworthia rotting from the middle or just some leaves? Do you have it indoors or outdoors? If its outdoors, is it in sun or shade? Does the pot have a drainage hole? If your Haworthia is rotting from the middle than i’m afraid there is not much you can do. I wouldn’t throw it out but repot in fresh potting mix and place in an airy, shaded spot outside and wait to see what happens. Sometimes only part of the plant rots and new offsets will replace the old growth.. If the bottom part (roots and some leaves) is rotting, you can ‘behead’ it. Fingers crossed your plant will make it 🤞🙂
Thanks for the feedback- i have changed the way i do audio precisely because it's difficult to come up with a perfect commentary off the top of your head, without reading a script, even when you think about it beforehand. Also, a friendly reminder that you have a watched a FREE video i have taken the time to put together and upload. No need to be rude- there are other ways to write your disagreement.
I have learned so much with your videos ✨️

Should I repot a pup immediately after I detach it ?
I have a Limifolia which has pups growing between healthy leaves. Any idea how to remove them without destroying them and the parent plant?

Dragging your pots across the surface makes it difficult to hear you. Rethink your actions.
UM every other word made me crazy! Think about what you are trying to say first! Very distracting from the video

How’s it distracting?
