Hi, this is the 5th video I have watched. My dream goal is to open a simple coffee cart with basic stuff no baked goods or food. Your videos have been very helpful thank you for making them.
Thanks kindly this helped a lot even though still need do homework for my state who talk to but yes I’m stuck on 4 machines but I plan do cart so it’s weird
Here we can't get ahold of an inspector unless you have already been approved. We don't have a way to find these inspectors here and other food trucks are not usually helpful
Thanks for all you do. We are in NE Georgia and have had such a headache getting my daughters cold brew coffee cart up and going. Everyone told us coffee is under Agriculture here but Ag Dept said No it's HD so we called HD and they said No, it's Ag. We're at a loss as to what to do they just keep sending us to the other dept. My daughter is 20 and has worked so hard to do it right. Frustrated
@@GreenJoeCoffeeTruck we're a small town and there's no coffee carts in the area. I haven't even seen or heard of a trailer. Next county over has a trailer for their brick and mortar.
How hard is it to find a commissary kitchen? I'm considering a coffee trailer that travels around the country like for instance to carnivals, flea markets in such.
Hey Vince, I heard that you shouldn’t dump any food in a grey water tank just clear waste water because you’ll grow bacteria. Is that what you’d recommend?
Hi Joe , One question i like to ask would 6.500W Generator be enough power to operate a coffee machine ? As am looking at a brand new one now as it on special price and i need to make my mind up if am going to buy it or not this is for a Mobile coffee truck 6500W enough power..
Hey David! Most 2 group espresso machines ( I assume that's what you meant by coffee machine) run wattage from 4k-6k watts. So you are right on the cusp...Depends on the machine. They should have the wattage on their spec sheet, but make sure it's 220v (your voltage has to match) and keep the grinder in mind as well, because you'll have to grind your coffee....
@@GreenJoeCoffeeTruck Hi Joe Yes it going to be a 2 group espresso machine ill purchase the machine first to make sure for power rating and ill go bigger now around 8 to 10k-watts, better to go bigger then be just on the lever of k-watts. and am thinking of the fridges too but i mite run the fridges of a DC- DC battery charger with converted power from the car charging system with a plug in when park at home at nights.. ill be doing a two three day course on making the coffer right in a few weeks time to boost my ego up and get this happening , i also asked and got feedback from people i spoken to about this coffee mobile as no one in my country town that i move here about 4 years ago pretty big suburbs dose it , that drive me even harder to do it . I always watch your youtube video too you inspired me to make this happen Thank you Sir Joe.
I want to thank you for your encouragement, it's through your encouragement that I've decided to try to put a coffee trailer on.
Good for you! So stoked! Whats ur timeline?
@@GreenJoeCoffeeTruck hopefully by the fall.

Hey Karen! I'm super stoked for you. Why no baked goods or food? I'm curious? I've always seen good profits with those...

Hey Candice, that sucks. Is the permitting info available online? Message me, let’s see if I can help Vincent@greenjoecoffeetruck.com
You have been so helpful. Thank you for sharing your experience!✌❤🐺

That sounds like a hassle. How did the other food trucks from your community do it? Sometimes they can be a great resource!

Your grey is full of Bacteria no matter what you do. But food will clog your lines so use a screen if you can to keep your lines clean.
