Can i put a separate dedicated kitchen/ building on my property in order to sell smoked meats dinners etc. i want to know if i can do something similar to Georgia where’s i can have a dedicated kitchen at home but in a separate building.
you can ask I operate my commercial kitchen in my basement 2,000 sq foot and it is licensed , insured, and inspected. You should be able to because it is a SEPERATE kitchen to itself.
