    I've saved this video into my workout library. Love standing only strength training like these. No need to vacuum before exercising. Also why I switched from Yoga to Tai Chi 😊

    Love your video! Clear visuals. Couldn’t make it to rep 4 cause I am easing my way back into incorporating weights in my workouts. However, 3 reps, and i felt the burn 🔥🔥 ❤❤ can’t wait to workout again

    This looks like something even a clod who is out of shape and old might be able to do. So me. Though I might not be able to 30 seconds at a time. Maybe I'll start with 15. Thanks for the nice video.

    Really well made. Timer, Location, music, everything! But the excersises were really boring to me. Better different excersises than 4x the same set😊
