Love your video! Clear visuals. Couldn’t make it to rep 4 cause I am easing my way back into incorporating weights in my workouts. However, 3 reps, and i felt the burn 🔥🔥 ❤❤ can’t wait to workout again
This looks like something even a clod who is out of shape and old might be able to do. So me. Though I might not be able to 30 seconds at a time. Maybe I'll start with 15. Thanks for the nice video.
