I like the theory crafting you can do with some of them like maxing your resources generation to min-max a crown of Lucion+banished lords talisman build
They are going to abuse the rune combo with that new shroud mythic that lets you stealth unless they nerf it. If you didn't get to test it it procs like every few seconds. I will agree that some skills like that druids bulwark cost way too much offering for not doing much. So yes some of the lesser powerful less used runewords needs to have lower offering cost or lower cool down to make people want to use it.
There are not a lot of build that doesn't use crits as a main dmg type. It's why Sorc needs to use Fire enchant 95% of the time.. Even overpower builds will be glad to have 100% Crit added.. Blizzard wanted to lower the numbers: they should've made Crits the same than overpower: like crits 3-5% and overpower 1-3% chance. Then make aspects/Items that can guarantee a crit/overpower.. I can't wait to see if I'll like season 6 or not with all the once again rework.. at least I'll see where they go with Mercenaries.. (will they stay for one season only?)

I dunno man, the vortex one seems pretty good, its pretty much the sorc unique that pulls everyone but for all classes

somw just need to be buffed so they are more impactful thats what ptrs are for
