We’ve been saying it for over 2 seasons now that they need to make your companions have the storm tag (when equipped with storms companion and this new raven legendary aspect) so that they can synergize with thunderstruck paragon node.
Not sure if you saw the change to sockets or if you missed it, but they added a socket to the helm. So, starting in VoH and season 6 on your helms, chest piece, pants and two-handed weapons will be 2 socketed items.
I think I'll do the same. I found a 4GA Storms Companion pants earlier and I switched to Companion druid and its so much fun. Next season I'm 3 weeks on holiday anyways so I'll stick to Companion druid
I dont understand the phrasing "gain the passive effect of ravens, wolves, and poison creeper." Once we select the skill, the we immediately have the passive effect. What am I missing?
It has to be on your skill bar to give you the passive effect. So this allows you to not put it on the bar, or optionally to not even put any points into the skill, while still receiving the passive effect. That will mean you still get extra companions for the shepherds aspect even if you aren't running it on the bar so it opens up using some other skill you might like.
Nothing in this game just works. They have to make you jump through hoops for every tiniest thing. It works, but only a tiny percentage of the time and only for 2 seconds (oh yippee), or only if you have enough charges, or only if you have enough of a growing list of "resources". For some reason they think that making things a more complicated, less reliable, bigger hassle is fun.
So, wildheart hunger would still work for us, because even if we don't use beastial ramapage you can still shapeshift back and forth. Depending on what the new wildheart hunger is like we might not but my guess is we will. They are going to have to rework aspect of the wildrage which is the aspect that works with beastial rampage. But they didn't say what or how they changed it. If they left it so your companions get double the bonus from beastial rampage then its a dead legendary that we can swap in stormcrow for.
@@Negative_IQ_Gaming I know you said it, but I do hope Stormcrow makes them a storm skill. I'm imagining stunning with ravens to build up a juicy Stone burst with Resonance. 2 circular ish skills
Hi buddy, today i finished pit t129 with my companion build and i know i can do more, if u could give me your poi of u on my build i would be very very appreciated. Please let me know
Heres my issues with a zoo druid, you spam attack orders for your pets like a crazy monkey just asking for arthritis in your hands and while that happens you do very little, if anything - yourself....
It is a pet build. I spend most of my time pressing companion activations and pressing claw/pulverize to hold up quickshift. but the pets are supposed to do most of the work.
@@Negative_IQ_Gaming Yeah i fully understand, i just have trouble enjoying it. I wish there was a unique that made you combine shred/claw with Wolfs- A synergy of sorts, very thematic
So glad they gave a companion key passive. Now all we need is a Bear Companion ultimate!

they also incresed the baseline amount of companions by 1 if you read the datamined changes on wowhead, crazy ^^
Max Life Gems are going away btw. Likely precisely because it would suck that non-Barbarians have to give up life.
fleshrender will be fun with companions in s6

YESSSSSSS
If you won't be using Bestial Rampage, you wouldn't want to use WildHeart Hunger that looks to buff the bonuses to Bestial Rampage, right?
