- Exploring new bridge structure and finding giant sheepshead.
Sheepshead fishing is one of my favorites, and they're beginning to return to the bays in full force as the water temperatures cool. This is my favorite time of year to inshore fish in this area because as the post-spawn sheepshead migrate away from the river mouths and into the deeper areas of the bays, catching them becomes like shooting fish in a barrel... if you can find the bite!
Enjoy the video guys, it feels good to be back uploading long-form content again.

So happy to see fish vid from you!
Me too lol.
I could feel the relief once you pulled that first sheep in!😂 Glad you got on some fish man!
Oh, there was some relief lmao
Those nets can get frustrating with sheeps the rubber ones work a lil better
Yeah I have a really nice rubber Frabil, it's just a shorter handle so I don't use it as often. It's made more for Wading. I don't mind the cheap net one though honestly, I just flip it over and dump the fish out into the kayak 🤣
What bridge is that

Nice fishing man. What was the water temp?
Thanks! It was around 58-59° surface temp
Loved the video brother, haven’t seen any videos from you lately! Hope you’re doing well!
Thank you! I've been very busy with other stuff so haven't been filming much lately, bit I'm getting back into it now!
Great video! Love the channel. Getting onto kayak fishing myself. I was wondering what kind of fishfinder you use on the kayak?
Thanks buddy! I'm using a Garmin Striker 4 CV at the moment. Its a cheap and pretty basic unit, but it's more than enough to see structure like reefs, rock piles, ect, and see fish, and for the price point it's great quality and easy to use.
Previously I was using a Hummingbird Helix 5 DI with down imaging, which was AWESOME. You cans see the bottom structure very clearly which makes it easy, and the GPS features are fantastic. It costs a bit more, but worth it imo. The only reason I swapped is because my Helix transducer was having issues and rather than pay for a new one ,I had the Garmin sitting around already
