6. Finally Out Cruising - Barby to Rugby.

- After a frustrating few weeks of waiting to sell my campervan, it has finally been sold and gone to a new home. Now free to cruise I set off from Barby to Rugby. Passing through Hillmorton Locks, the busiest on the network. I cruise along this picturesque part of the North Oxford Canal and moor up close to the centre of Rugby.
Apologies for the poor sound towards the end of the video I should have picked up on it. 😟🤔

The camper is now known as Max & has now been given a new personalised plate! We've been busy taking some of the stickers off & making it our own.

@@TheNarrowboatNomad once the dog is out of quarantine hopefully! We do plan to drive it up to Ipswich in August for his check up to give it a run. All the neighbours have been asking us about it

Thanks for the nature scenes, one of the reasons I enjoy these videos. Also 11:45 you're moored up at Rugby, not Oxford. Are you going to make use of the canal pubs? There's one coming up at Ansty with the very canal name "Rose and Castle".
Opp’s slipped up there, should have said in Rugby and on the Oxford canal. Thanks for the heads up on the Rose and Castle.
We would have liked to see you clean prop and remove weed hatch, plus a gander at your engine, all part of the adventure, ps lovely boat

Please, please invest in a microphone that will pick up your voice. I have my computer sound at the highest level and you're coming over as a whisper.

Sorry, thanks for pointing that out. The mic I was using broke when my camera fell. The sound seems fine on my computer though.
I found that also , at 8/9 mins in the audio was distorted , it’s all a learning curve 👍, keep them coming 👍
