- I am often asked why and how I came to live on a narrowboat and what I see as some of the pros and cons of living this lifestyle. So in this episode, I briefly explain the how and why and give you some of the basics as I see them. This is not meant to be an in-depth look into all the aspects of living on a narrowboat full-time but rather a quick overview of my background and how I see things so far.

Hello Pam, thank you for your kind comment. Like in my previous vanlife, I always say that the good days outnumber the bad days by about 200 to 1 and you can't ask for better than that. 😀😀
Evening Alan that was a excellent vog about the pro's and con's of narrowboating 👍. I've had my boat 5 months now and l thoroughly enjoy it and had never been on one until l started looking , although l did a lot of caravaning 25 years ago l thought it will be on similar lines once l stepped on board and did my first journey with a friend l knew it was for me. At the moment I'm lucky as l haven't had to down size yet as there's no rush to sell up but that day will come. I really enjoy ur approach to ur vlogs and find them interesting and enjoyable to watch.
