We are offshore applicants and already did our EOI and ROI (invited and nominated) VIC 190 Visa application on March 2023. Completed everything and submitted our medical on April 2023. We are currently in the waiting game.

Hi Traci, your videos are excellent, thank you 😊 Can you please do one for Enrolled Nurses (AHPRA registered) who are not claiming work experience points. This is for NSW with applicants that have 65 points plus? I’m on 70 points currently myself. Please, if you can 🙏🏼 much appreciated. 🇬🇧

Hi Traci, love you videos and reels, all of the are so informative. Just want to ask a single question, as speaking in 190 Vic, which you mentioned 90k are deemed as a high wage and categorized into competitive applicant(does the applicant need to has all 8 in english) to be in competitive, does competitive applicant has a slightly higher chances of getting invitation.

Why don’t you guys put pressure on the visa process system to process visas faster. Visas should get finalised in 3-4 months. This is a very frustrating system.

Hello Atty Traci. I wanted to ask you a question. I'm on a de facto visa but have not yet arrived in AU. I will only have part-time work rights. I have been remotely working for an AU-based company for 7 years. They want me to continue working for them when I get there. My problem is I can only work part time and they do not do sponsorship. What are my options to get another visa to have full work rights?

I saw on the website that you cannot be married before being granted to the visa?? Nobody has mentioned this anywhere but I just found it on the condition page…. So you have to be single to be eligible!?

Yeah I just read this on the conditions page and am wondering too, because if you click on "about this visa" tab, you'll see that under the "include the family" section, there's an information that we can include our family members including our spouse. So this is a little bit confusing.. I hope someone would answer this

Hi Tracy, what happen to my student visa when I get state invitation for 190?
For example, I get SA state invitation to apply for 190 but I got only 1 month student visa left.
When I get state invitation am I going to get bridge visa?

Is it true that even if your visa was granted for a particular occupation, once you get there, you can get a different occupation from that which you got nominated for?

Tracy, what about the housing shortage? What if we get to Melbourne and can't find a place to live. Don't you think it is better to wait until the situation improves??

Let me put it this way. How long will it take to build a complying house? Several years at least, right? By then, new migration policy has already been introduced, and people who wants to migrate may find themselves no longer having the chance. Would you wait for housing crisis to ease at the cost of losing a chance for PR?
