I am 72 yr old woman who walks everyday, rain or shine, 2-3 miles. Just completed your chair stretches for seniors. Thank you so much. Such a variety of stretches head to toe. Love you mentioning the IT band which has always been problematic with me. I will most definately use this video again on a routine basis. You are a wonderful instructor, easy to follow.
How are your knees? I used to walk 5 miles everyday religiously. I am now needing two knee replacements and can't walk or stand longer than 10 minutes. I've gained weight. That's why I'm here looking for chair stretches and subsequently exercises. By the way I also have 8 herniated discs, arthritis and severe bone deterioration. Best of continued good health to you !
