    Hi Cindy. I am 70 and relatively active, but I have a weak core. My daughter has been telling me for years that I should do core exercises, and I've been unable to stick with them. She recently encouraged me to do just 10 minutes a day. I've been doing your ab exercises for a couple weeks now, and they feel doable. Additionally, I am already feeling results. I love your videos. They challenge me, but not so much that I won't follow through. And, the 10-15 minute increments feels doable. Thank you so much. You are terrific! Diane

    Happy New Year Cindy! I'm just recovering from a heel sprain and am so Happy to be able to get back to my self care , This workout was just what I needed to stretch those lazy muscles!! Now onto the 15min walking exercises to build up again. Have a great day!!

    I didn't realise that was me below for a minute seeing 4619 but the question was definitely me. Thank you for letting me know the correct pronunciation and yes I will have a look. That's mad as you did tell me and I managed to come off the lesson and back on and it's disappeared now so can't look. This is another good one for getting the joints moving only you have so many I'm not getting back to each one every other day. I only hope it doesn't really matter as long as I'm aiming for 30ish minutes cardio a day which I am with the weights also. Thank you 🙂

    I can't really remember this one much but it's a good exercise to use other muscles so must try to do it more than once or twice a year Cindy 😂 😂

    It's the first time I've done this one Cindy but won't be the last as really enjoyed it so going to try and put it somewhere on the top of my bookmarks. A question I keep meaning to ask you and yes it is a silly one. You mention all the parts that we are using which is great but one sounds to me like 'alias toe rag' which it obviously isn't please put me out of my misery and tell me what it is, thank you :-)
