I just love this program. The very first time I tried it I felt stronger afterward. I'm moving muscles differently than from in your programs for upper body strength and for inner thighs, and it's exciting.

I start every day with your Morning Movement to Wake Up Your Body which really does set me up for the day and this, together with various other Cindy sessions, is really helping to maintain (and improve) my strength, balance and confidence. I shared your mantra ‘inactivity equals atrophy’ with my General Practitioner who completely agreed! Thank you Cindy and please keep up the good work, we seniors need you!
