You are so sweet to share this personal journey to help others. I love watching you!
I don’t know if you mentioned horse chestnut, I believe that’s what it’s called, but it helps with varicose veins.
And I know a lot of people get relief, eating vegan, and you obviously already are eating very clean❤

Yes, I've heard and tried horse chestnut with no change or help to my veins. That was one of the first herbs I tried. Thanks so much for mentioning it!

The generational boycott on information on women’s bodies has to stop. What you are doing is amazing we have to talk about this and share with the younger generations so they don’t go into this blindly also!
So much of the information we get is just the negatives and how bad it is and that scares so many

Have you tried plantain the plant not the banana, you can drink it like a tea I make a salve and the benefits that the plant has is huge for inflammation. When I make my salve I use olive oil and beans wax it helps with itching and inflammation and many other things.

I have plantain growing wild here. That's a good idea, thank you. Will harvest some when spring/summer comes again!

@@EverythingHomemadewithRita I just reread my post that was supposed to be beeswax not beans wax lol we use the salve for everything that I used to use triple antibiotic ointment. It works on diaper rash and bug bites and dry skin it has antibiotic anti fungal and anti microbial properties along with an antihistamine and anti inflammatory properties. For one little weed that grows everywhere it is very powerful. God bless you

This might be a bit controversial but if you have a chance you might like to check into using turpentine(human grade) with 100% pure, cold pressed, hexane free, organic castor oil as a carrier. Just a thought :) Sending prayers.
