How to make Vietnamese Crab and Water Spinach Noodle Soup - CANH BÚN

My simple recipe to make this delicious noodle soup (similar to Bun Rieu) with ingredients you can find at most Asian market!
Ingredients:
Pork Bones
Ground Pork
Dried Shrimp
Head on Shrimp
Tomatoes
Tofu
Water Spinach (Ong Choy)
Crab Meat in Soya Bean Oil (jar)
Spiced crab meat to make Bun Rieu (can)
Asian Chives
Fried Shallots
Chili
Salt
Rock Sugar
Mushroom Seasoning
Shrimp Paste (condiment only)

You can make a broth out of chicken or even shrimp. Leave out the pork and just use all shrimp and crab meat.
