To celebrate AAPI Heritage Month I decided to make traditional Vietnamese Recipes with my dad. I decided to make Banh Xeo or a savory Vietnamese Crepe. The main ingredients for the crepe batter is rice flour, turmeric powder, green onions and water. We fry a thin layer of batter and add bean sprouts, pork belly and shrimp. Next we wrap the banh xeo with lettuce, fresh herbs and dip in fish sauce. This recipe is typically made as an appetizer, but we eat it as our dinner.

So it just sits in cabinette and I continue to wish I could try without throwing in the garbage because I've messed up yet another recipe.

How do u mix the flour to be crispy?
You can add some cornstarch. However, the flour brand used in this video does not need to mix with anything.
