Brought tears to my eyes as soon as I heard the intro. I am 54 now and love the fact that great music can be relentless in its strength. Timeless. Thanks for being so cool and good everyone. xxxx
I was introduced to these guys at the Oregon Country Fair in July2017. They blew my socks off. Consummate musicians. Really impressed by their dynamics. Whisper quiet to fullbore rockout!
I made a Facebook status asking for beautiful music, and dozens of people commented. One of them lead me to y’all and I was not let down. Beautiful music! I love it
Oh my God this woman her voice is absolutely beautiful! But why is the mandolin player hitting that bum note repeatedly during the verse? I think he’s going Sharpe? Anyway still love this it’s amazing!!!!!
Of all the songs named "Head Over Heels," the one by the Go-Go's is the only one I can listen to. Belinda Carlisle is such a great singer, and that song is so... cute.
The keyboards are the heart of Head Over Heels, sorry but this covers seems soulless without the iconic instrument which made Head Over Heels so legendary.
I completely disagree. This is awesome rendition of a brilliant song from one of my favorites from 80’s of you don’t like this then you have horrible taste in music and talent from authentic musicians
I too thought to myself, hey, its so strange that hipsters have made folk / bluegrass nuevo riche and bohemian. I am biased against it, being gen-x and seeing the hipster hobo-chic lifestyle, which they copied from celebrities, misunderstanding their attempts to outwit paparazzi as actual style, evolve to eventually ruin the indie music scene with vapid social media pretentiousness. Maybe seeing hipsters devolve into sad creatures who wear uniforms to prance like unique peacocks, but just end up being the same inside, depressed me. Perhaps I am a purist, who thinks Chuck Taylors and a t-shirt of your favorite band was timeless, and who you were inside was the unique part. Perhaps it is my own bitter heart, lamenting the loss of my youth and yearning for the eras of the 80s and 90s I grew up in, that so many hipsters seem to lay claim to, without ever being there. Just like bands, It’s easiest to judge books by their covers. But then, listening, I realized that it is unfair to judge the work of the band based on my prejudices, when I don’t know them. I do not know if they understand the meaning of the song, and the personal meanings it holds for the original artist. I do not know if they cry inside when hearing it or playing it. I would personally like to know why they chose to cover it, and what the song means to them. But I can tell that they played with spirit, with skill, and made the song their own. Even though its not exactly my cup of tea, it is not fair to say it is a poor rendition. All I can do is hope they are making he music in their spirits, the way they want to, and not just picking songs out of popularity, or arranging their music based on bohemian trendiness. Basically, if this came out the way they envisioned it, and if it was from the heart, good for them. I enjoyed the experience.
Wowwwwww!!!!!! Very soothing grove!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

What in the hipster is this? I can smell the BO, pot and patchouli oil through the vid.
How do you know the smell of that things? 🌿
Because it's the universal stench of hippies. Everyone knows that.
You win the internet today! 😊
If you're gonna be trust fund hippies, at least make better music than this.
We are trying!::: ua-cam.com/video/7XvNiwwTHG0/v-deo.html PS. We are more of Sallie Mae-student Loan/lower middle class hippies though
