I love Sierra hull every thing she has on UA-cam
again let’s admit old is gold and the present lady a diamond so ya
Amen to that...awesome effort from all musicians.
as a singer myself i appreciate the approach she has taken, i think she is giving it a life of its own.
That's the best mandolin solo I think I've ever seen.
It's the only one mind you, but what a bar to set!
killer arrangement, excellent musicianship. I’m listening now.
How this just showed up on my FYP, IDK - but I sure am happy that it did! These folks can jam! New fan
I appreciate that she hasn't jumped the shark and got a bunch of tattoos.
Sierra is absolutely amazing, this band is incredible and it's hands down my favorite version of this song, and can we all show little love for the violin player, amazing articulations that were subtle and just sounded so cool. Great job. Yes, I cried dammit..
Truly Amazing Version!! Loved It All!!
Cried also
I’m officially a fan of Sierra! 🤩
Beautifully done love her voice
This is just a unbelievable performance. The talent in all of these young people is so high......especially Sierra.
Really enjoying this version, this kind of voice and any good mandolin play will get me every time. Listening again to them.
That last part..... Where the violin kind of bridges the sound of the mandolin, really makes me lean in. Didn't know what it was I was hearing.
Thanks for posting. I'd like to find more of their music.
Update: Found her, Sierra Hull, subscribed.
Funny how the algorithm will lead you some amazing music. This is one of the best versions of Mad World I’ve heard❤
Haunting. A unique version worthy of the original.
Best solo I've ever heard on mandolin. Hands down. No question at all. Bless you sister!
Had a tremendous impact on me back in the 80s, and became my favourite band ever
Lovely version & so nice to see a mandolin "shredded"
I listen to a wide variety of music, and I have always loved Tears For Fears, but now the way Sierra and her band play this song makes me love bluegrass even more.
She has such great emotional feel vocally and instrumentally. Amazing musician
Wow. Unforgettable, timeless, classic.
Nice! Though it's really just a cover/remake of Gary Jules cover (donnie darko) of Tears for Fears. It would have been cool to see their actual version of the Tears of Fears song
that's not a mandoline she's playin! that's her Heart ❤ 💯🔥😎🔥
Bloody fantastic!! Great control and dynamics from the band, such a sensitive lovely voice…. and killer mandolin solo…. I mean killer! Great work guys.
She shreds on the mandolin
Great performance. But on minute 3:50 becomes magical. Unbeliveble.
