Never thought I would get excited about a lowered truck! Looking awesome! I would have really screwed up the interior frame paint. I would have been paranoid I was missing something and put the onion to it! with what you showed I would have had that stuff EVERYWHERE! lol

Same here, I’m more into lifted trucks and lowered cars but I love watching fab work ether way. Hell if I had a hilux it’d be on 35”s with a gun mount for the .50 I want to be able to own and afford to shoot some day lol

Not a fan of lowered trucks either, but I love watching his work no matter the project!

@@austinniemela You got to do a FZJ80! Cummins swap?? i I know the prices have gone up but you can still find a 3x clean unmolested out there especially in your area. Will make for some great content and you will expand your views to the Lans cruiser audience. Keep up the hardwork!!

Many years ago I helped a friend paint the frame of a boat trailer and for the enclosed area we put a shop vacuum on a hole on the front and the gentle air flow of the vacuum helped pull the spray paint into the inside of the frame. For the next one

What I enjoy about watching your videos is that you pay attention to the little things. This is a good build and it's as always interesting to see how it is going to turn out. Looking forward to seeing what's next.

I’m a 4x4 guy but I am enjoying the build. Would love to see you go all the way with this one. I get the crusty theme outside but that engine bay is yelling at me to do the whole truck. Looking forward to the next video. 💯

It's really cool to see you go through the trouble of making this little yota great again. Now all you need is a Honda ATC to throw in the back to complete the ensemble.

Hoping you'll decide to go all out on this one instead of doing the "rat rod" thing. This truck deserves a full restomod, and your skillset and attention to detail would make this a show truck. Loving all of your content, even this 2wd stuff 🤟🏻

I found your channel a few weeks ago cause I have been contemplating a tdi swap in my hardbody. Then you took on this project, and it's so ironic cause I just finished up the same kind of build on my hardbody last year. Frame off. Powdercoated frame. Little notch. Painted my bay. Left the outside as is for now. Alot of similarities. I even used the eastwood internal frame spray lol. Sprayed a can of cavity wax in there too just for good measure

    Thanks!
BTW, I love the headlamp mounted on the spray gun! Brilliant.
