    An 18min yoga stretch where we focus on release tension through the neck, shoulders and upper back. This yoga stretch is perfect for those who feel they have tight shoulders from working at a desk, or anyone who holds stress in the upper back and neck area. This is a gentle, releasing practise which requires no props, just a comfortable surface to sit on.
