I did this after a workout and it was exactly what I needed! I love how your flows always bring me back to myself and really feel like a safe, cozy space. Also, I appreciate how you really focus on staying within your own body's limits, and on making your body feel good, not trying to make it smaller or different - just feeling good in your own body. OMG Alex!!! Thank you so much for this wonderful message ❤️ This makes me SO happy because this is exactly what I am trying to encourage in all of my work going forward.... Being yourself, listening to what your body wants/needs in that moment and 100% NOT making ourselves smaller. It makes my head and heart hurt how much time, energy and brain space I've wasted trying to make myself a certain way, rather than appreciating what we have in the moment and I know so many others have done / are doing this! Another beautiful morning flow. This practise proves that even if you only have 15 minutes, choosing to take that small amount of time in the day to prioritise yourself and to be mindful can change the intention for the rest of the day. Brilliant as always Helen xx
