Some self-massage is always a good way to reconnect with the body as sometimes we don't remember to touch ourselves with awareness and this was pure awareness and pure release here. Yoga challenge day 162. After two days of heavy gardening it was really nice to close down the day with this gentle practice. I loved the self face massage, it was so relaxing. I must try it more often.
Yoga challenge day 140: Such a hectic day in the office at home, I nearly missed out on my challenge today so it was great to find a restful practice which helped me to wind down.
Yoga challenge day 203: After running two workshops yesterday and today, this relaxing practice was and ideal way to end the day before retiring to bed. The mini massage is so relaxing. PS: I love your socks 🧦🧦
I feel great after that, loved the face massage, I'll need to remember that when I start teaching classes! I'm about to start my YTT and can't wait to start giving back. Yoga has helped me so much and I want to help others like myself who are less able bodied or just think they can't do it and you need to be bendy 😂😂😂. It's also really nice to find a British teacher on here, I'm from Scotland and I could only find American UA-camrs. So glad I found your channel, I just need to get back on track and get practicing in my yoga room instead of on the bed. To be fair we've just finished decorating, that's my excuse! Thanks for the great practice lovely and I'm looking forward to doing more of what's on your channel, much love 💜 🧘♀️ 💜 🧘♀️
