HOW TO MAKE NO YEAST CINNAMON ROLL RECIPE AT HOME|

  • Hi friends! Today im sharing my no yeast cinnamon roll recipe with you. These cinnamon rolls turn out super soft, and delicious. The beauty of the dough is that although there is no yeast, it is very soft and your cinnamon rolls will expand while baking.

    DOUGH
    2 C all purpose flour
    3 TBSP sugar
    1 TBSP + 1 tsp baking powder (this quantity goes together)
    1 tsp salt
    5 TBSP cold butter
    3/4 C milk + 1 TBSP vinegar
    FILLING
    2/3 C brown sugar
    3 TBSP sugar
    2 tsp cinnamon
    4 TBSP butter
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
    4 oz cream cheese
    1 TBSP butter
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 C powdered sugar
    1 TBSP milk
    (*I doubled the recipe since i also doubled the recipe for the cinnamon rolls)

    I love your channel. I’ve been a silent watcher for a long time. But now that we are in Quarantine I have more time to comment and be active on UA-cam. I tried making almond flour banana bread during Quarantine and it was a struggle.

      Very Cherry Cakes I think I put too much banana. It turned into really yummy mush though. The 1st time I made it. It came out better. I’m going to experiment making it with coconut flour. I’ll make a video on it

      @@VeryCherryCakes aa so that's why :) What's buttermilk? I don't think we have it in Sweden..

      @@feliciaeklofmusic buttermilk is an acidic type of milk, its a little bit clumpy, so imagine milk with curds, its more acidic than regular milk and can be made at home with milk by adding lemon juice or vinegar :)

      @@VeryCherryCakes okey, we have something called "Filmjölk" that's kind of in between milk and yoghurt that we use sometimes when we bake. Thanks for explaining :) it's fun to learn about these stuff :) I do some cooking videos as well if you ever feel like checking it out. :)

    Is there an alternative to cream cheese frosting? I'm not a fan of cream cheese

      Hmmm I have used simple glaze which is made of powdered sugar and milk or you can also use buttercream ☺️
