Had this in a Factory in Augustow a month ago, good. We have something tasting similar in Germany " Pichelsteiner " basicaly the same with some added vegetables.
Hello! All ingredients are labeled at the beginning of the video. You’re probably asking about caraway seeds? Measurements you can kind of observe while watching the video too, but honestly, as opposed to baking a cake, making soup doesn’t require exact measurements. You can see that 5 potatoes are used but you can use 4 or 6. Use as much bacon you wish, add as much or as little sauerkraut as you prefer, or just eye ball it, taste add more if necessary. One head of cabbage, one onion, caraway seeds to taste. Add as much stock as needed to turn it into a soup like consistency- start with 4 cups and go from there. I hope this helps. Happy cooking!
I use chicken stock. Homemade or store bought (as long as it's low sodium). Vegetable stock works in a pinch. I wouldn’t use beef stock. I hope this helps. Happy cooking! 😀
@@cookingpolish It does. I'll be trying the recipe tomorrow. Wish me luck as I am NOT a good cook. I remember my wife making a meal like this years ago. Thank you for replying.
