Hi Mark, glad to see new videos! Love what you do! Thanks for making this for us! I built a 10x12 shed over the past year. My cost in MD was about $1k more than your shed but that didn't include a few things I did differently. Because I had never worked with concrete, I chose to pour a 15x15 slab- 3 slabs actually at 5x15. Learned a ton, but also drove my costs by about $1500 (I include tool purchases in that). I also wanted to learn about solar and those parts were another $1k for power to my shed (200 watt). I live in a terrible HOA and 10x12 was the largest allowed, so to get around that limitation and to have a place to store my ATV, I added an awning/ lean to which added about 5x10 rain coverage. I also over designed it just to acquire more skill sets like adding gutters. I used left over trex for my ramps. I just wanted to write to say thanks for continuing to inspire us. My main goal for the shed build was to practice and learn for when I hopefully build my next house just like you did. I will see if I have youtube videos of my shed and post the link. Hi! Thanks a lot! I appreciate it! Yeah, I try to avoid concrete, mainly the extra costs and lifting those dang heavy bags :) So in the shed video, my neighbor's manufactured home was just put on a slab a couple months before. He paid 40k just for the concrete pad! Which is way more than my whole cabin at 34k, crazy. Actually, I found building a house just about the same as building a shed, just bigger is all, so excellent practice for you. Best wishes
