She is the only modern musician that makes me still really believe in music. Without her i'd have given up on it long ago, and just listened to all the good stuff that was made decades ago. I discovered her, so there must be more good stuff out there that just isn't getting the attention it deserves. She should be on top of the world.

I don't know if that made any sense, but I'm basically saying - Regina Spektor is probably the most amazing vocalist out there...either her or Amy Lee from Evanescence, but both are amazing in their own way. I'm not comparing, because both have different styles.

This one of my favorite songs of hers. I like the beginning, "ah, ah ,ah,arah, ah ah" better in the studio when she has her back ground singers and it does not cut off so abruptly, but even so- she is THE amazing artist!

Regina is so gorgeous! I've seen the original video of her in the school with the junior graders accompanying her--it's way cute! I guess they removed the video because of copyright laws. Don't worry, someone will re-post it again. When that happens, get on it quick and see it! You know, she's got a very mellow voice and...she's gorgeously beautiful. I love her songs, they showcase her powerfully melodious voice and her singing virtuosity. She can also sing in other languages-and she's gorgeous!
She's so amazing... Her lyrics are simple, yet poignant, her voice is a little offbeat, but beautiful and warm, and her piano playing ranges from bouncy and cheery to mournful and bittersweet. She's clearly not afraid to be herself, and herself is a very beautiful human being. I think she has stolen my heart... Well, she would if i weren't already taken.
