Despite multiple attempts to reach out and address this issue, the promised support and resolution have not been forthcoming. This lack of effective support has further added to the frustration of an already unsatisfactory product experience. As a consumer seeking a solution for water quality concerns, the inefficacy of the Richus water filter coupled with inadequate customer service has left me deeply dissatisfied. I had hoped for a reliable solution but have unfortunately been left with unresolved water issues and unsatisfactory customer support.
This type of filter unit is suitable for clarifying turbidity (kalakka vellam) due to SUSPENDED SOLIDS. This is successful with this particular house's water problem. There is another kind of turbidity -- due to COLLOIDAL SUSPENSION. (Add a few drops of milk to a glass of clear water, and stir it ; you are seeing a colloidal suspension). This unit cannot clarify that kind of turbidity. The user should not forget to do BACKWASH the unit periodically, otherwise the system gets choked due to mud in the filter.

ഞാൻ ഇവരെ വിളിച്ചു സംസാരിച്ചു ഫോൺ വച്ചു. തിരിച്ചു വിളിക്കാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു 3 ആഴ്ചയായി whataApp ലും മെസ്സേജ്‌ അയച്ചു ഇതുവരേ ഒരു റെസ്പോൻസും കിട്ടിയില്ല... ഉത്തരവാദിത്ത്വം ഒട്ടും ഇല്ല എന്ന് മനസിലായി 🙏
Worst or no service After sales സർവീസ് വളരെ മോശം എന്നു തന്നെ വേണം പറയാന്‍. ഞാൻ 2022 ഒക്ടോബറിൽ ആണ് Dhube Richus ഇന്റെ Standard filter (Rs.38000/-) ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾ ചെയ്തത്. ആലപ്പുഴയിലെ borewell വെള്ളം ഈ ഫിൽറ്ററിനു ഫിൽറ്റർ ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കില്ല. 100% നാച്ചുറൽ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞിട്ട് ആലം & chlorine mix ചെയതു കാണിച്ചുതന്നു. ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്താൽ കറക്റ്റ് ആകും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു അല്ലെങ്കിൽ റിട്ടേൺ എടുക്കാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. ഇവിടെ വേറെ വെള്ളം കിട്ടുന്നതിന് മാർഗം ഇല്ലാത്തത് കൊണ്ട് ആലം & chlorine കൂടെ പരീക്ഷിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. Dhube Richus സ്ഥാപകനായ Mr Stanley സർ പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു ഈ മാർഗം നോക്കിയിട്ട് ശെരിയായില്ലെങ്കിൽ റിട്ടേൺ എടുത്തോളാം എന്ന്. മൂന്ന് പ്രാവശ്യം വെള്ളം നന്നായി ഫിൽറ്റർ ചെയ്തു കിട്ടി. പിന്നെ വന്നത് ചെളി വെള്ളം ആയിരുന്നു. കംപ്ലയിന്റ് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തു എന്നിട്ട് മൂന്ന് ആഴ്ച കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോള്‍ ആണ് technician വന്നത്. ഫിൽറ്ററിന്റെ കംപ്ലയിന്റ് എന്താണെന്നു ഓഫീസിൽ പറയാം എന്നാണ് ടെക്‌നിഷ്യൻ പറഞ്ഞത്. ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്ന് കാൾ ഒന്നും വന്നില്ല. അങ്ങോട്ട് വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ പറയുന്നു ടെക്‌നിഷ്യൻ ഒന്നും പറഞ്ഞില്ല ചോദിച്ചിട്ട് പറയാം എന്ന്. രണ്ടു ആഴ്ച കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടും ഒന്നും പറഞ്ഞില്ല. നിരന്തരം വിളിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരുന്നു ആരും ഫോൺ എടുക്കുന്നില്ല. Whatsapp നമ്പറിൽ മെസ്സേജസ് അയച്ചും നോക്കി. ഒരു ദിവസം കാൾ കണക്ട് ആയപ്പോ അവര് പറഞ്ഞൂ റിട്ടേൺ എടുക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല അന്ന് റിട്ടേൺ എടുക്കാൻ വന്നപ്പോ വേണ്ട എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു എന്ന്. ആലം & chlorine നോക്കിയിട്ട് റിട്ടേൺ എടുത്ത മതി എന്നാണ് ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞത്. അത് അവർ സമ്മതിച്ചതുമാണ്. എന്താണ് കംപ്ലയിന്റ് എന്ന് ഇപ്പോഴും പറയുന്നില്ല call ഉം അറ്റൻഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല. കാൾ കണക്ട് ആയാൽ കസ്റ്റമർ കെയർ ഇൽ വിളിച്ചാൽ റിട്ടേൺ എടുക്കാൻ വന്നപ്പോ വേണ്ട എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്ന് മാത്രമേ പറയു. സെർവിസിനെ കുറിച്ച് ഒന്നും മിണ്ടില്ല. റിട്ടേൺ എടുത്തില്ലെങ്കിലും ശെരിയാക്കി തരണ്ടേ. അതിനെ പറ്റി പറയുമ്പോ അത് administrator ആണ് പറയേണ്ടത് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞൂ എന്നാൽ അവരുടെ ഫോൺ no തരാൻ പറയുമ്പോ അത് തരാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്നാണ് പറയുന്നത്. പിന്നെ whatsapp ഇൽ stanley സാറിനു voice note അയച്ചു. ഒന്നും കൂടെ വന്നു ചെക്ക് ചെയ്യട്ടെ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. ഒരാഴ്ച കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോ ഒരു ടെക്‌നിഷ്യൻ ജെൻസൺ വന്നു നോക്കി. ജെൻസൺ പറഞ്ഞൂ ആലം & chlorine മിക്സ്‌ ചെയ്‌തിട്ടും ശരിയാവുന്നില്ല. ഈ ഫിൽറ്റർ റിട്ടേൺ എടുക്കാൻ റിക്കമ്മെന്റ് ചെയ്യാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. പിന്നെ പഴയത് പോലെ ഒരു വിവരവും ഇല്ല. ഫോൺ വിളിച്ചാൽ എടുക്കില്ലാ. കുറച്ചു നാൾ കഴിഞ്ഞു വീണ്ടും ഫോൺ കിട്ടിയപ്പോ Stanley സർ പറഞ്ഞു വന്നിട്ട് ആലം & chlorine വേറെ രീതിയിൽ മിക്സ്‌ ചെയ്താൽ കറക്റ്റ് ആകും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞൂ. അങ്ങനെ അതും ചെയ്തു. ഒരു പ്രയോജനവും കിട്ടിയില്ല. ഫോൺ വിളിച്ചിട്ട് കിട്ടുന്നില്ല voice note അയക്കുന്നുണ്ട് ഒരു റിപ്ലയും ഇല്ല. ഞാൻ 2022 ഒക്ടോബറിൽ ആണ് Dhube Richus ഇന്റെ Standard filter (Rs.38000/-) ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾ ചെയ്തത്. ആലപ്പുഴയിലെ borewell വെള്ളം ഈ ഫിൽറ്ററിനു ഫിൽറ്റർ ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കില്ല. 100% നാച്ചുറൽ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞിട്ട് ആലം & chlorine mix ചെയതു കാണിച്ചുതന്നു. ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്താൽ കറക്റ്റ് ആകും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു അല്ലെങ്കിൽ റിട്ടേൺ എടുക്കാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. ഇവിടെ വേറെ വെള്ളം കിട്ടുന്നതിന് മാർഗം ഇല്ലാത്തത് കൊണ്ട് ആലം & chlorine കൂടെ പരീക്ഷിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. Dhube Richus സ്ഥാപകനായ Mr Stanley സർ പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു ഈ മാർഗം നോക്കിയിട്ട് ശെരിയായില്ലെങ്കിൽ റിട്ടേൺ എടുത്തോളാം എന്ന്. മൂന്ന് പ്രാവശ്യം വെള്ളം നന്നായി ഫിൽറ്റർ ചെയ്തു കിട്ടി.
പിന്നെ വന്നത് ചെളി വെള്ളം ആയിരുന്നു.
കംപ്ലയിന്റ് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തു എന്നിട്ട് മൂന്ന് ആഴ്ച കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോള്‍ ആണ് technician വന്നത്.
ഫിൽറ്ററിന്റെ കംപ്ലയിന്റ് എന്താണെന്നു ഓഫീസിൽ പറയാം എന്നാണ് ടെക്‌നിഷ്യൻ പറഞ്ഞത്. ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്ന് കാൾ ഒന്നും വന്നില്ല. അങ്ങോട്ട് വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ പറയുന്നു ടെക്‌നിഷ്യൻ ഒന്നും പറഞ്ഞില്ല ചോദിച്ചിട്ട് പറയാം എന്ന്. രണ്ടു ആഴ്ച കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടും ഒന്നും പറഞ്ഞില്ല. നിരന്തരം വിളിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരുന്നു ആരും ഫോൺ എടുക്കുന്നില്ല. Whatsapp നമ്പറിൽ മെസ്സേജസ് അയച്ചും നോക്കി. ഒരു ദിവസം കാൾ കണക്ട് ആയപ്പോ അവര് പറഞ്ഞൂ റിട്ടേൺ എടുക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല അന്ന് റിട്ടേൺ എടുക്കാൻ വന്നപ്പോ വേണ്ട എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു എന്ന്. ആലം & chlorine നോക്കിയിട്ട് റിട്ടേൺ എടുത്ത മതി എന്നാണ് ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞത്. അത് അവർ സമ്മതിച്ചതുമാണ്. എന്താണ് കംപ്ലയിന്റ് എന്ന് ഇപ്പോഴും പറയുന്നില്ല call ഉം അറ്റൻഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല. കാൾ കണക്ട് ആയാൽ കസ്റ്റമർ കെയർ ഇൽ വിളിച്ചാൽ റിട്ടേൺ എടുക്കാൻ വന്നപ്പോ വേണ്ട എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്ന് മാത്രമേ പറയു. സെർവിസിനെ കുറിച്ച് ഒന്നും മിണ്ടില്ല. റിട്ടേൺ എടുത്തില്ലെങ്കിലും ശെരിയാക്കി തരണ്ടേ. അതിനെ പറ്റി പറയുമ്പോ അത് administrator ആണ് പറയേണ്ടത് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞൂ എന്നാൽ അവരുടെ ഫോൺ no തരാൻ പറയുമ്പോ അത് തരാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്നാണ് പറയുന്നത്. പിന്നെ whatsapp ഇൽ stanley സാറിനു voice note അയച്ചു. ഒന്നും കൂടെ വന്നു ചെക്ക് ചെയ്യട്ടെ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. ഒരാഴ്ച കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോ ഒരു ടെക്‌നിഷ്യൻ ജെൻസൺ വന്നു നോക്കി. ജെൻസൺ പറഞ്ഞൂ ആലം & chlorine മിക്സ്‌ ചെയ്‌തിട്ടും ശരിയാവുന്നില്ല. ഈ ഫിൽറ്റർ റിട്ടേൺ എടുക്കാൻ റിക്കമ്മെന്റ് ചെയ്യാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു.
പിന്നെ പഴയത് പോലെ ഒരു വിവരവും ഇല്ല. ഫോൺ വിളിച്ചാൽ എടുക്കില്ലാ. കുറച്ചു നാൾ കഴിഞ്ഞു വീണ്ടും ഫോൺ കിട്ടിയപ്പോ Stanley സർ പറഞ്ഞു വന്നിട്ട് ആലം & chlorine വേറെ രീതിയിൽ മിക്സ്‌ ചെയ്താൽ കറക്റ്റ് ആകും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞൂ. അങ്ങനെ അതും ചെയ്തു. ഒരു പ്രയോജനവും കിട്ടിയില്ല. ഫോൺ വിളിച്ചിട്ട് കിട്ടുന്നില്ല voice note അയക്കുന്നുണ്ട് ഒരു റിപ്ലയും ഇല്ല.
