One extrinsic factor is American hospitals. Another is social and gov't ageism and prejudices. Singapore may be safer.
Are there test kits for toxins in food and water? Seems like test kits could be designed for likely regional issues and likely toxins.

why are we trying to develop polypills and whatnot when its proven that we can reprogram the epigenome ( in mice) and become biologically young again that what people want

A lot of money has been going into new companies that will pursue epigenetic reprogramming, don't fear.

Simple answer is polypills are easier and faster to develop while science of epigenetic reprogramming is developed. Think of it as a bridge

Why use drugs and NOT use supplements or foods which have no adverse effects instead?

Eat more fibre, brown rice for example instead of white rice. Auntie and uncle always complain brown rice is too hard to swallow without chewing. Then cook the rice a bit longer. Problem solve. Besides using the teeth from time to time is good, too.
Fibre produces short chain fatty acids. Good for health.

Ageing is not a disease. God created human body and ageing process. To live a healthy functional old age should be a goal. Quality life.

Is it really desirable to stop ageing as all things occur for a purpose in this case to make space for the next person born. Surely the desire to live eternally is the ultimate in hubris and selfishness? What about self-sacrifice to avoid the ultimate depletion to extinction of resources?
I feel that everyone should be able to choose their point of death.

No we can fit trillions on Earth, can colonize the galaxy, have vertical farms and meat factories, fusion, solar, quantum batteries, and have eternal life.

Self-sacrifice is self-destructive. Selfishness is the only moral way of living. Also the human race is self-regulating.

Nobody is FORCING people to live forever, Philip. "Everyone should be able to choose their point of death" is EXACTLY what these scientists are working on - to free you from the automatism of you dying for no other reason than having been born a long time ago. Cheers.

Why are we so afraid of dying aging normally.. The body is not permanent. Why are we punishing the mice for us to look younger
Why is science hurting our animals and not disclosing side effects of treatments trying to looking younger

@@dibakarhajong2737 That doesn't really make enough of a difference, buddy. See any 300 year old vegans with the fitness level of a 25 year old? Probably not. We need medicine to make a difference. Even then, why wouldn't you want to be able to eat fish and chicken AND still not age? It boggles the mind. We need medication, not minimal-effect or mumbo-jumbo lifestyle intervention.
