People often tell me that I don't look my "age" (in my 50's). I pay attention to eating (organic, mostly vegetables) , exercise regularly, don't drink alcohol, don't smoke, take supplements and use organic skincare products. David Sinclair speaks volumes of truth for anti-aging in this video and appreciate his scientific logic.

It's all just randomly down to the individual (mostly). I do some of the things you do except I eat mostly meat and don't take any supplements and don't use organic skin products. Most people think I'm low 20's, even mistaken for a high schooler sometimes. I'm currently 40. They will never reverse aging, never. We can only try to hang on to our perceived youth as long as we can.

@@bt9124 For me peri-menopause was a nightmare. I went in search of a solution, being initially wary of HRT. But reading medical papers and evidence that BHRT provides benefits with respect to immune function, tissue strength, and not to mention brain health sent me in search of a CYCLIC hormone provider. (IMHO, those giving women static dosages are doing them a disservice, if not weakening the hormones' abilities to function as the body intended.)
But, that doesn't mean it hasn't been challenging to figure out what is correct FOR ME. I agree with Dr. Sinclair that women (in their 25th year, or so) should have their hormones tested daily for a month. This would provide a detailed view as to appropriate dosing after the age of 35. I am one of those with the opinion that many issues of aging in women may be managed with earlier progesterone treatment, especially with respect to sleep cycles, tissue repair, and (moods) brain function.

Presently the available drugs for bone loss shut down/slow-down the osteo-clast function; cleaning up old/dead bone is just as important in the osteo-clast : osteo-blast cycle, is it not? Regarding PRP, this is a very lovely treatment that can be done to rejuvenate the face as well, specifically when mixed with bio-stimulators like Sculptra aka Plasmasculpt ( shoutout to Dr. Rajani-also here on UA-cam).
But PRF is even better for hair, skin, and bodily rejuvenation. It’s also used in Dental surgeries.
The Platelet rich Fibrin has a lot more growth factors and the results are so much better. I’ve had them both done locally. To get the Fibrin you simply spin the blood slower and for a shorter amount of time at the right angle.
You then inject the fluid before it fully clots. Once you have a clot you can spread it across the face/scalp and micro needle it in. These treatments are A-MAZING for rejuvenation.

    Questions:
    1. Are the topical cream such as Rogain and Retinol for men only or both?
    2. About Hyaluronic Acid, is it effective to take it pill firms?
    3. Couldn't find topical nicotinamide, but found nicotinic acid. The internet says nicotinic acid is niacin. Is it true? They do have topical nicotinamide? Which one is more effective?
    4. Will it be helpful to take keratin pill for hair, nail and skin?

NMN demonstrated multiple benefits such as fighting muscle degeneration in elderly men and women, aerobic capability, and increasing endurance. The results may vary from person to person. Personally, it has been my 3rd month of taking NMN by vitruvin, that's 500mg, and I love how it worked impressively. I wish many people would give a shot in taking NMN and start living a happy, balanced, and healthy life as they age!

Sinclair doesn't show any trial, any statistics, no writen scientific proof. He talks too much, like a TV star, usually true scientists have doubts, and express themselves with extreme care. A Harvard professor is no guarantee for truth, as Harvard and other prominent universities proved to be
very corrupted during the recent Covid pandemic. Sinclair continues the opinion of Ancel Keys about human nutrition, which is totally wrong. He is just an logoreic influencer.

Stopped at 43 minutes to make this statement....I am female at 78 years of age....they took my ovaries about 22 years ago and have been on HRT since....believe me, I have not noticed looking younger...(than what?) but when some doc thinks I am on too high a doseand tries to cut back on them, I go into a total tailspin....physically and menially......I must wonder however, any of the topicals you are speaking of, for someone my age seem silly....I am not hearing you speak of anything other than facial creams....skin is not just on face and neck and I doubt any of us are going to be spending the money on facial cream all over the body to make for healthier skin! I understand this is dealing with "looking younger" but a makeup artist can do that....cmon, give us elders something to really chew on! Nowhere in any of the discussions have I heard mentions of the fact that elders lose much of their ability to properly digest nutrients and thus the body not having the raw material to build healthy bodys...skin and all. The studies are nteresting but can we get down to the nitty gritty here and speak to those of us who are already what society calls old. You so often do speak of male...and in the age bracket of mid life....50s or so....lets reach the elders too! Both male and female!
