Which is literally THE OPPOSITE of my hair. My hair is super thick, curly, and its frizzy even on a good day after a pampering shower. My hair is IMPOSSIBLE to tame so I finally just brush it out and put it into a twisty bun and leave it until the next morning where I brush it and put it right back up. I don't even let it down because its such a pain! So pictures would definitely help with getting advice that I can actually use!

If you have curly hair, unfortunately you gotta do the work yourself! A lot of cuts have never worked for me because my hair is fine and 2b/2c/3a/3b (aka all sorts of mismatch curls and waves). Some people with curly hair can pull off curly bangs really well, I did it for a while and my bangs waved nicely because of my pattern and my cowlick. However usually, I find my hair does best with no layers or long layers, face framing, and leaving it alone. I moisturize and cowash a ton and I'm Caucasian so it works for all ethnicities to cowash. When you have curly hair you just have to respect it and let it show you what it wants to do! It's a gift!!

My lovely and supportive mother told me I have a heart shape which would be nice for a pixie cut, but I styled my hair back to practice what a pixie might look like and I realized it was awful looking with my cheeks. My cheeks are too round and soft with no sharp features. i am a diamond...once you said cheeks are prominent it was easy to figure out. and the advice is totally true because i always think long straight hair has never done me wrong and a ponytail is my fave go to even though ive gotten fat and my jaws are more round given me a little on the oblong lately
I have a round face and a bob, and honestly up until now everyone that has ever met me when I had longer hair, has said that this shorter hairstyle suits me way better. I don't know if it's because I'm short and longer hair makes me look even shorter or what... Plus I still keep the front pieces of my hair in front of the sides of my face, so it still looks more oval. Instead when my hair was longer the front pieces were bugging me so much that I just kept putting them behind my shoulders... so I would say try out the bob anyway!
I always assumed that my face shape was oval because it looks, you know, oval. But my cheeks are a bit too full and my face is generally not as attractive as someone who has an oval face shape. For the first time I saw someone mentioning the oblong face shape, which describes mine really well! Really glad I finally know what my face shape is.
NOTE: You can also be a combination of different face shapes. When I was getting my eyes tested at the opticians and picking my frames, they used an app which analysed my face measurements to see what frames suited my face shape the most. I'm 70% oval 30% heart. Just in case some of you feel like you are a combo of two... you probably are!

i am a diamond...once you said cheeks are prominent it was easy to figure out. and the advice is totally true because i always think long straight hair has never done me wrong and a ponytail is my fave go to even though ive gotten fat and my jaws are more round given me a little on the oblong lately

I have a round face and a bob, and honestly up until now everyone that has ever met me when I had longer hair, has said that this shorter hairstyle suits me way better. I don't know if it's because I'm short and longer hair makes me look even shorter or what... Plus I still keep the front pieces of my hair in front of the sides of my face, so it still looks more oval. Instead when my hair was longer the front pieces were bugging me so much that I just kept putting them behind my shoulders... so I would say try out the bob anyway!
Just make it at least an inch longer than your chin and it should be ok maybe add some side bangs to hide the wides part of the face

When I was getting my eyes tested at the opticians and picking my frames, they used an app which analysed my face measurements to see what frames suited my face shape the most. I'm 70% oval 30% heart. Just in case some of you feel like you are a combo of two... you probably are!
