2:50 you can choose to pay three pounds not because it is easier for the customer but because it is more sustainable. Asket can reuse the packaging when you return it instead of a cardboard box which gets thrown out after use.
But if I’m returning the packaging anyway, isn’t £3 a bit too much to ask from customer? The bag wouldn’t cost much to manufacture and they can reuse it as many times as they want. I feel it should be refunded to customers who return the package.
I mostly agree with you. But that is why it is an opt-in service; you do not have to participate. If a person is very sustainably minded, it might be money well spent; otherwise, I would guess not. Also, I would think the three pounds are mostly return shipping costs to make the packaging fund itself. Perhaps Asket has stated something on its website about why it costs money in the first place. You made a great video by the way. But this point just seemed a bit off.
Interesting. so far my experience with them has been good. I got the black T and it's still looking great. The overshirt is probably my favourite piece from them and I wear it quite often. I wasn't a fan of the sizing of the hoodie though.

Good shirt, but slow shipping indeed.

I thought the same. However, quality is not good, wash the t shirt and watch the color fading away
