Not gonna lie, I was totally unmotivated this morning but pushed myself to get it together....so glad I did!! This was brutal but I loved using minimal dumbells, pretty sure I'll be feeling this for the rest of the day and maybe even tomorrow 🥵 great workout Vera, thanks!😁

Hi Vera, so many things to say. Let’s start with the visual changes. I don’t know if people complained or if you just decided to switch it up but I like it. Having the progression on the top left of the screen instead of at the bottom on the right is better. I also like seeing the percentage. Great idea to show your merchandise (the mat). Now the workout (didn’t get the chance to comment this morning). I am typing this comment and I can barely feel my arms 🥵 Once again kudos to you 👏🏾. I love the way your sessions are structured. I love this combination of 3 movements per circuits except for the poliquin raise 🥵🔥. I was like and now here comes the burnout but no. You should have seen my face when I realized that I had completed the workout 😊✅. Thank you Vera 🙏🏾.
Yay! So glad you enjoyed it! I thought the three sets of poliquin raises were enough of a burnout for this one 🔥🔥 I wanted to simplify a bit with the progress bar as I thought it looked a little too busy before - so glad you like the changes!

I’m new here. Trying this video today. Raises are my nemesis for whatever reason but I didn’t quit. I could only use between 8-10-12 lbs at various times but I finished the program.
@@VeraLaRo how might I find the videos in succession. I’ve just been selecting what areas I wanted to focus on on any given day, but if you have a format to follow I’d definitely do that. Thank you

Hey girl That was a great workout. I can hold an 11.5kg dumbbell when doing a diamond press but find it extremely difficult to lift it for a bicep or hammer curl. Any suggestions please. Kind regards
Keep working on your strength! Diamond press is always going to require a heavier weight since you’re using both arms. I can use a 45LBS dumbbell for my Diamond press but I definitely can’t curl that - or even half that. And hammer curl will also be heavier than a regular bicep curl since a regular bicep curl is primarily biceps while hammer curl primary is the brachialis
