Love your workouts Heather. I’m 58 years old and have been working out since a teenager. Since Covid I found you and I am now working out from home and not at a gym. The only thing I wish is for most of your workouts to be at least 40 to 45 minutes. Maybe even a quarter of your workouts to be an hour… I was used to working out for an hour. Now your 45 minute workouts feels for ever long. I I’m losing my endurance… I realize that I could do another but it just makes it even more of a personal struggle… Love what you’re doing!!!
Loved this workout. Honestly following the monthly calendar has made a huge impact on my strength. It provides the right balance and challenges for me and I don't have to think about anything. I have posted before, out of shape 47 years old, I am currently 29 lbs down and in the best shape of my life. I am so lucky to have found your channel. Obviously proper rest, nutrition and hydration all also factors but I didn't think I would feel this good again. Now I need to buy some heavier weights. THANK YOU Heather🙏
I really enjoyed this one! I'm trying to build my upper body strength and your videos are fantastic. So many workout videos are guided with voiceover and while I find it useful when I was just starting out, I prefer your videos with music in the background to stay focused on myself and not overthink my movements. So another fantastic session.Every day I'm excited when I open my computor to see what todays challenge is.Today I used all of my weights;2.5kg,5kg,7.5kg and a 10kg on the tricep press.n the weighted jacks I've definately got fitted and next time gonna from 2.5 to 5kg.Again huge Thanks Heather from Cape Town,South Africa!!!
I love that killer look at the end full of realism!! When I am doing your workouts and in the end I see you "suffering" just like me (even though my weights are much lighter thank yours lol) it helps me and motivates me to keep going! We all know that getting in shape is hard but most videos make it look unrealistic and impossible to achieve. You are super fit and strong but you still perform the exercises until the end and you sweat with us!!! Thank you!!

You did great Heather as usual. I really enjoy you incorporating cardio into the strength. I would enjoy more strength and conditioning because it's easier (and funner) to just do a little cardio with the strength, instead of a full cardio video.. blah. lol. I so appreciate you Heather. Great work out although became difficult to the end. I did a 10 minute HIIT workout right before this so together it was a lot. This workout is definitely in my saved videos list for those times when I don't feel like working out on the gym equipment.
