- There are so many amazing benefits to strength training!!! Join me for the next 30 minutes as we reduce stress and build strong biceps, triceps, and shoudlers! This workout is going to push you outside of your comfort zone so you can get strong and define your arms and shoulders!
30 MINUTE ARMS & SHOUDLERS WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS - I used a range from 10lbs to 20lbs / 4.5 - 9kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift heavy! Pick a weight that will challenge you for the entire 45 seconds of work, but is very challenging for the last 10-15 seconds.
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
- EXERCISE BOX, BENCH OR STURDY CHAIR. I used Stella's chair! If you don't have a chair, I will have a modification on screen for you!
STRUCTURE
WARM UP Join me for a quick warm up so we can get the muscles ready to lift heavy right from the start!
12 TOTAL EXERCISES
2 TIMES THROUGH EACH EXERCISE
4 EXERCISES FOCUSED ON BICEPS MUSCLES
4 EXERCISES FOCUSED ON TRICEPS MUSCLES

I'm also from Dr. Berg because YT thinks my arms are too wobbly 😆Thx to Dr. Berg and YT. I used to do bodybuilding and love training with weights but I don't feel like spending 1.5 hours training anymore. It's so great that there are influencers who don't just post bodyweight workouts. It was fun, I misjudged the weights and fell off the bench during the dips because I had no more strength. Thanks for the new inspiration in the home gym 🤗

I don't know if it was the video or if I was just extra excited to work out today but this one was so fun!! Those tricep dips had me struggling but other than that lol I had a great time and my arms are TIRED.

Awesome upper body day! I really like the unilateral work and the 30 min time! Those one side triceps overhead extensions were a challenge! Thanks for a great workout!
For those of you here from Dr. Berg... swimming is also a great Fascia workout!! I"m 72 and a prior swimmer that had let my arms go for way too long. 6 months of weight loss and keto... and 3 months of swimming and arm exercises under water got my arms close to where I want and now I think these weighted moves will finish it!!
