I've been doing lots of weight training, but you are the ONLY one that has shown me the correct way to hold the weights, along with other tips. I actually felt the burn where i was supposed to! For those of you here from Dr. Berg... swimming is also a great Fascia workout!! I"m 72 and a prior swimmer that had let my arms go for way too long. 6 months of weight loss and keto... and 3 months of swimming and arm exercises under water got my arms close to where I want and now I think these weighted moves will finish it!!
Dr Berg’s video with you in it just found me! I am an AKA and former bakery owner. I kinda let myself go for a few years. Thankfully my 45 years in the business left me with a great foundation. I'm also from Dr. Berg because YT thinks my arms are too wobbly 😆Thx to Dr. Berg and YT. I used to do bodybuilding and love training with weights but I don't feel like spending 1.5 hours training anymore. It's so great that there are influencers who don't just post bodyweight workouts. It was fun, I misjudged the weights and fell off the bench during the dips because I had no more strength. Thanks for the new inspiration in the home gym 🤗

I loved this! Can’t wait to do the chest and back version tomorrow. I can’t tell you how much I love and appreciate your 30 minute workouts. I don’t have a lot of time with work and young family. I don't know if it was the video or if I was just extra excited to work out today but this one was so fun!! Those tricep dips had me struggling but other than that lol I had a great time and my arms are TIRED.

OMG I love this workout so much! i actually enjoyed doing this than feeling it is a chore to do... i dropped the other vids i have saved for arm workout and only focused on this now... i love it, its simple yet challenging when u go heavier weights. thank you!!
