      @@KaleighStrength thank you for shinning every day on our lives ( you tube ) for making a difference even on kids lives as well! 💕 last week during one of your lower body workout my daughter heard you saying ‘don’t point your toe, keep it flat when the leg goes up …” and you mentioned that you were a figure skater, she loved to hear that! She is shy and wasn’t into workouts with weights too much but to improve her figure skater skills and because she just felt in love with the way you coach and your personality she wants to do your workouts everyday day = ) .
      She even said “mom, i hope Kaleigh never stops making these videos”💖 so, THANK YOU! 🌷🙏

    Im so glad that dr berg introduced me to you!! Im perimenopausal, and after finally discovering that, I've been trying to gain back the muscle I've been losing. I've been doing lots of weight training, but you are the ONLY one that has shown me the correct way to hold the weights, along with other tips. I actually felt the burn where i was supposed to!     For those of you here from Dr. Berg... swimming is also a great Fascia workout!! I"m 72 and a prior swimmer that had let my arms go for way too long. 6 months of weight loss and keto... and 3 months of swimming and arm exercises under water got my arms close to where I want and now I think these weighted moves will finish it!!

    Dr Berg’s video with you in it just found me! I am an AKA and former bakery owner. I kinda let myself go for a few years. Thankfully my 45 years in the business left me with a great foundation.     I'm also from Dr. Berg because YT thinks my arms are too wobbly 😆Thx to Dr. Berg and YT. I used to do bodybuilding and love training with weights but I don't feel like spending 1.5 hours training anymore. It's so great that there are influencers who don't just post bodyweight workouts. It was fun, I misjudged the weights and fell off the bench during the dips because I had no more strength. Thanks for the new inspiration in the home gym 🤗

    I loved this! Can’t wait to do the chest and back version tomorrow. I can’t tell you how much I love and appreciate your 30 minute workouts. I don’t have a lot of time with work and young family. Being able to get in, lift heavy, and have some virtual company support and encouragement is something I treasure!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

    Week 2 - KCF MARCH MADNESS BREAK - 3/14 - Done. Loved this workout session! My favorite muscle groups besides chest and back! Awesome muscle fatigue right off the bench!Went heavier today with the 20lb. Shoulders are getting ready for 15lbs - so excited for the results occurring! Thank you Kaleigh!

    OMG I love this workout so much! i actually enjoyed doing this than feeling it is a chore to do... i dropped the other vids i have saved for arm workout and only focused on this now... i love it, its simple yet challenging when u go heavier weights. thank you!!
