I will definitely try this recipe. Using spring roll wrappers will be tastier, crispier than egg roll wrappers. I’ sure this recipe will be superior to restaurant egg rolls. I recently had some egg rolls at a Chinese restaurant. The wrappers were greasy, the filling was mostly bean sprouts, bland and the dipping sauce watery and not very good. Thanks for sharing!
