If they're already partially cooked I'd be afraid of cooking them frozen and overbrowning them to get them hot and completely cooked in the middle. The rice wrap is good, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. I cook mine in an air cooker. Not greasy at all. They come out very crispy. Also, does not raise my blood sugar like egg rolls do. Good eating!

It is a good idea to part fry them first though. That way if you get them out of the freezer you can easilly finish them in the oven

Or you can dust flour around them, it'll prevent stick. Just dust off the flours when you take it out.

What wrappers do you use? The only ones I can find, have to be soaked in water first, and are pretty thin. Kind of a pain to work with.

I use the Elephant King spring roll pastry (25 sheets) it’s usually in the international frozen section at my grocery store.
