Guys, keep up the good work. I'm a real 2stroke fan and don't have any affiliation with 4strokes. I love to see how you guys always revive an older machine and make it look and perform better than new. You guys ad up to keep the 2strokes alive in these days where the world keeps restricting the emissions of engines to save the nature.... These things don't go along with that, but if we go that route.....there are no more fun rides in the future. They may not become extincted!!!!! Over here in the Netherlands, today even 2stroke mopeds may not enter some cities anymore!!! Waiting to see another project being released on the channel soon :)

I just had my 02 kx250 rebuilt and built good and it's running harder and meaner than a 520 4 stroke that's been built for performance as well, that engine platform is well ahead of its time
I cannot find a Boysen clutch cover for my 1995 kx250 rebuild, I have found a black ignition Boyesen but not the clutcjh side! The gasket for the later models fits my bike though. I don't get it unless it is a more shallow cover on later models? Where did you find yours?

@@mt1885 Everyone is right to their opinion, but IMO you are wrong about weak 4stroke. Japanese bikes are the MOST SOLID bikes ever made. The only bike I had alot problems with is with the orange bike I had. The green and blue always been solid. Same for my friends
@@Motoinc Had KX 250's and YZ's both VIBRATE like a worn out set of bearings. KTM/Husky/Sherco/Beta got COUNTER-BALANCERS in the 2 strokes there is no comparison and they got WAY better quality components not the junk chain/sprockets/bars/grips and crap bearings.

A 2-stroke relies on Boost as the crankcase is pressurized forcing the Boost there's a boost port this is what we call supercharging as all T Strokes are self boosting all the new European bikes that are two cycle the technology has never changed if you can see why then you would know calling out a 1990 Yamaha or any 1995 as old technology does not make it any slower then today's new technology the fact is it's all a physical condition that cannot be changed against all laws of physics that when you make boost it is higher pressures than what the air is you breathe it doesn't matter what year it is when they were built is a future they all have to work the same way which is something I don't believe I can ever explain or anyone else can ever explain as is not being told anymore to continue the propaganda in other words how do you teach a blind man distinguish the difference between colors the millennials believe technology could be the answer for everything there is a video that will show you 4-stroke technology peaked out in 1979. A 1983 this engine you're about to see that is light years of had of everything today could never compete against an old school 2-stroke.
