"Blind" from Korn's "Korn" album (1994).
Kind of the "most requested" Korn song on the channel ever since I uploaded Freak on a Leash. I can see why though. I think the most important difference between this video and some online tabs/videos is the fact that I don't slap any of these notes. I followed both the Fieldy tutorial and a bass boosted version of Blind to correct an existing Blind tab. There's no slapping in this song, trust me. Special shoutout to the person who edited the video for Fieldy's bass tutorial, making him look like the worst bassist in the world. The music is not synced with what he's playing and so the verse part sounds horrible.

Love your bass. 5-string Corvette is the ultimate tool for this kind of songs. I have similar. Year model 2002, German made with original bag. I even have the label on it where reads who built it.
The question is: who built it?

@@LeoBassCovers2even drop B sounds iffy on my four string, to be honest, so drop A would be awful. I'm not sure if it's the strings being a bit old, but there's a lot of rattle. It's why I'm seriously looking into getting a new five string (my old one is knackered), I just don't enjoy the sound I get from a lot of these nu metal tunes in drop B on four strings.
@@Nightopian1982 You only need 3 strings on this song, so while you don't get the percussion sound, you can hit the right notes using the first 3 strings

You can also play this an octave higher without having to tune your bass down, just copy the tab to the A and D string
True! Though it won't sound that heavy
You can play it another octave higher by going up another 12 chromatic notes after that.

Maybe if you have a custom bass with a .135 string as your low A. It also needs to adjusted by a someone who knows how to make such a tuning work.

play it on the A and D strings of your 4-string. it’ll be less heavy but still just as groovy

@@margaritclaudiu2070 you could, but your bass is not going to like A standard tuning. You'd need some *very* thick strings and you'll need to redo the intonation.
If y'all really want to play at the right octave on a 4-string, you should get BEAD strings and restring your guitar with those, then adjust intonation and action.
You need to do Down With The Sickness by Disturbed and Bodies by Drowning Pool to complete the trilogy!

It'll be weird for sure. I guess you could completely ignore your lower string and only use the 3 higher strings cause then you have A-D-G, but an octave higher. You can't really drop to a low A on a 4 string bass unless you adjust a lot of things on your bass
