    Hi, I would like to know is there a particular number of reps for pilates exercise? I have heard that usually it was 10 or less. Is it true?

      Hi Shanika, thanks so much for your question! Generally it ranges between 10-30 reps, but some people even use time, such as 30 seconds or one minute. The reps can also vary if there's layering with the exercises, such as pulses, or if there's a series of exercises that are activating one particular muscle group or area, in this case you would do less reps per exercise.
