I’m recovering from a foot surgery, feel blue since a can’t get my 10k step and forget about heavy weight lifting doing squats, deadlifts, etc. this I hope will help with keeping some fitness and not getting totally depressed during my recovery.

i loved that elevated clam combo - i did this workout fist thing in the morning and that really woke me up lol
