I'm gonna need to buy the vid. I just love how you do your clouds. I can do sky lines but tend to over blend sometimes and get frustrated. I'd love to see a night sky painted by you. You are amazing to listen to and your work is the bomb diggity!

Joe. Thank you for sharing and teaching how to paint art on walls. You have the best channel on UA-cam. I have a wall I want to paint but it has a window, it's shape its rectangular and right above the middle of the wall. Any ideas how to utilize the window into the painting or should I just ignore the window and paint around it? Thank you.👍
Awesome video Joe. How will you paint a cloud from a frog-perspective - Like when you are standing outside and look straight up in the skies? Instead of looking at a bottom and a top of the cloud, you see the bottom covers the whole area and general shape
Hmmm. Perhaps you need to make more horizontal shadows as it gets closer to the horizon. Too many Diagonal shadows can really mess up the effect of distant clouds. I'm just guessing. Let me know if that helps at all. I labeled the colors in that one also because color makes a big difference when it comes to clouds.
I have worked in construction my whole life... when I teach .... I forget that the brush needs to be taught first too often... lol It was funny watching her use the brush up side down... who would have thoght to teach her that first!! Great Job..... She wasn't the greatest listener.....

Hi Joe, you tutorials have been wonderful and have taught me a lot. I in the process of completing my daughter's mural (I'll send you a photo once it's complete). My question is how did you do that huge cloud meeting the horizon in your pirate ship tutorial? It really draws your eye to the center of the mural (which is the effect I want). I've tried several times, but can't seem to get it right. Thanks!
